At My Nose London, we have a particular interest in all conditions and concerns related to the nose. These can include functional problems with your sense of smell (olfaction), nasal obstruction, nasal discharge (rhinorrhoea), nasal polyps, nosebleeds (epistaxis), nasal crusting or whistling.
Alternatively, there may be more of a structural issue causing breathing difficulties through the nose perhaps as a result of an injury in childhood or in later life.
For others there may be more of a cosmetic or aesthetic nose concern – which can have a profound impact on one’s self-confidence.
Having been fellowship trained in both sinus surgery and rhinoplasty surgery, Mr Unadkat understands first-hand the importance of the interplay between function, structure and aesthetics of the nose. Ultimately, our philosophy at My Nose London is to combine this expertise to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Nose surgery is generally safe when performed by a skilled surgeon, but like any surgical procedure, it carries potential risks and complications. These may include infection, bleeding, scarring, difficulty breathing through the nose, numbness or changes in sensation. Rarely, more serious issues like septal perforation (a hole in the nasal septum) or the need for revision surgery can occur. Choosing a qualified surgeon and following pre- and post-operative care instructions can significantly reduce these risks.
