BEFORE AND AFTER SURGERY GALLERY

Not every rhinoplasty is the same. Patients want to be the best versions of themselves and I was delighted to help this lovely patient of mine. She was struggling with her breathing but we managed to improve her tip symmetry, straighten her septum and reduce her dorsal hump. The softer profile really suits her face!
Thanks to my lovely patient for allowing me to share her 3 month post ор pictures. She has always been bothered by her nose and was looking for an unoperated balanced look. In particular she sought for improvements to her nasal tip and a more feminine profile.
I am so pleased to be able to give her the result that she wanted. And a bonus that she can now breathe much better too!
This man was delighted with his complex reconstructive septorhinoplasty. Не needed a total septal reconstruction and deprojection of his nose. Getting the balance right between projection, correcting the nostril asymmetry whilst maintaining a masculine profile is key here. No ski-slopes in sight!!
Не is only at 3 months post surgery so the skin will continue to settle over the coming weeks and months.
Natural, Piezo rhinoplasty results at 3 months post surgery!
Thank you to my patient who presented with a deviated nose from a childhood injury. Injuries to the septum and nasal bones in childhood can be complicated to correct but after considered pre-operative planning, and careful Piezo rhinoplasty, she is able to breathe better and has a more balanced profile. Care was taken to ensure symmetry of her nasal tip and dorsum. Despite being only 3 months post surgery, already the nose is showing considerable improvements.
This wonderful patient had an injury some years ago giving rise to scar tissue and new bone formation over her pre-existing hump. Careful sculpting whilst balancing the tip rotation has given her a much improved profile.
This lovely patient of mine had struggled to breathe for most of her life and was unhappy with the resultant deformity. Such injuries are always more complex to address.
She underwent a Piezo (ultrasonic) rhinoplasty and complete reconstruction of her nasal septum. Even at 6 weeks, the improvements are profound and will only continue to improve as the swelling subsides over the coming months!

A late finish today but surgery, especially to the face, should never be rushed. This lady has been unhappy with the droopy nature of her nose. Careful sculpting of the nose and tip has given her a lovely natural on table result. Looking forward to seeing her post ор results!
